- Massage for 10 minutes after covering the entire scalp with oil.

- Wait 20 minutes with a towel and then wash the oil with shampoo and conditioner.
- Optionally, leave the oil in the hair overnight.
Precautions:
- Do not overheat the oil as it may lose nutrients and cause burns to the scalp.
- A slight tingling of the scalp during and after this treatment is normal.
